1. Bookings and rates

All rates are quoted in euros (€) and include Finnish VAT at the applicable rate and breakfast unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation. Rates are per room per night for the stated occupancy.

2. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards and mobile payment at the hotel. A valid payment card is required to guarantee every booking. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking; flexible rates are charged at checkout.

3. Cancellation and no-show

• Flexible rate: free cancellation until 18:00 (Helsinki time) on the day before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.
• Non-refundable rate: charged in full at booking and cannot be refunded or changed.
• Group bookings (5+ rooms): separate written terms apply and are provided with the group offer.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 12:00. Guests must present valid photo ID at check-in and complete the traveller notification required by Finnish law. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

5. House rules

• All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of €250 applies to smoking in rooms.
• Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00 in room corridors.
• Dogs are welcome in selected rooms for €25/night; please tell us when booking.
• The guest is liable for damage caused to hotel property beyond normal wear.

6. Harbour Club (18+)

Entry to the Harbour Club is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over; valid photo ID is required and checked at the door. The club operates hosted social and tournament card evenings in accordance with Finnish law. Management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service in line with the Finnish Alcohol Act. Please play responsibly — support is available from Peluuri (peluuri.fi, 0800 100 101).

7. Liability

The hotel's liability for guests' property is governed by Finnish law. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe. The hotel is not liable for vehicles or their contents in the parking area.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural events, strikes, official orders). In such cases we will offer to move or refund affected bookings.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) after contacting the Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi). Otherwise, disputes are settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
